Review: This resource integrates well with the specific learning outcome and assessment for English Literary Studies 12. The information presented is straightforward with simple and clear examples. The analysis of a text is broken down into manageable chunks, making it less overwhelming. I could use the resource as is as a template and have students edit as needed as they proceed with their writing, specifically the section devoted to creating a written response. The prompts are simple and allow students to work through their response step by step. To allow students to make these changes, the templates provided would need to be placed into Teams as a resource with the application of the editing setting once students have downloaded a copy. This would also enable students to not only edit the template but also share it with me and the rest of the class. This resource also hones skills that are transferable outside of the English classroom.

Review: This resource fits into the subject and learning outcome of this course seamlessly, especially the section focused on Introductory Paragraphs. The layout of this resource into manageable, detailed chunks makes it approachable for students. The use of tables to break down information and focus attention is excellent. I may have to break down the chunks into lessons to fit within a class period and provide specific examples pertaining to the subject matter, but that is all. Students would have the opportunity to interact with the resource in Teams, on paper and orally within the class, making it accessible to all. Each chunk would be able to be edited by students when they save a copy of it from Teams. This would also allow them to share their ideas on the Teams platform.
